The Dig Site

Completing The Dig Site quest provides a solid amount of early Mining experience which will give you a head start in the skill.

In addition to the experience, finishing the quest unlocks three powerful abilities regularly used in combat: Shadow Tendrils, Blood Tendrils, and Smoke Tendrils. You'll also gain access to Ice Asylum, a healing ability for tougher encounters. Furthermore, The Dig Site is one of many prerequisites for unlocking Ancient Curses, a set of advanced prayers that significantly increase your combat capabilities later in the game.
